After Millésime rosé, Confiture Parisienne continues its exploration of champagne cellars with the EPC house, which has provided a blanc de blancs that is impeccable because it is less sweet and has an airy transparency since it comes only from white grapes. The result is a delicate jelly that goes instantly with an old Comté cheese, a Basque cheese or a raisin brioche.
